The Queensland Trucking Association Ltd held its 35th Annual General Meeting in Brisbane on Tuesday 12th April 2011 at the Colmslie Hotel. 

The Returning Officer reported that nominations had been received in accordance with the Company’s Constitution and all nominations had been received by the required closing date.

The Constitution allows for an Executive Committee to be elected of not less than 5 and a maximum of 15 persons to include the immediate Past President.

The Chief Executive Officer declared all 13 nominees duly elected for the 2011 year (see list below).
