NSW: Night closures on Great Western Highway, Victoria Pass

The Great Western Highway at Victoria Pass will be closed for four nights between 8pm and 5am, from Sunday 14 December to Thursday 18 December, weather permitting.
Operators of oversize / overmass vehicles (OSOM), special purpose vehicles (SPV) and Performance Based Standard vehicles (PBS) are advised to delay their journey where possible.
OSOM vehicles over three metres wide cannot be accommodated through the worksite and are advised to delay their journey. Detour via Golden Highway or Hume Highway if journey cannot be delayed.
OSOM vehicles and SPV up to three metres wide may be able to be accommodated through the worksite, however operators could experience extensive delays.
PBS level 2 vehicles with approval to operate on Great Western Highway may be accommodated through the worksite if travel cannot be avoided. Short delays may be experienced.
Operators of OSOM, SPV and PBS vehicles are requested to contact the project team prior to travel on 0427 499 701. They should also contact the worksite via UHF 29 on approach and will be required to park up in the designated pull over locations until they can be escorted through the site.
The Great Western Highway will reopen to two-way traffic outside of work hours.
