How to Reset Your Password
If you have lost or forgotten your password and are unable to log in, click on the Forgot Password link on the log in screen.
You will then be taken to a page to re-enter your email address (ensure the email address you enter is the one you receive emails from QTA at) and the security code that appears below. . Enter these then click Submit.
The Reset Password request confirmation page will then generate and an email will be sent to you with a new password.
Click on the link you receive in the email. This will take you to a page where you nominate a password you wish to use from now on. Once you have entered your new password and confirmed it, click on Set new password. This will now be the password you use to log in.
A page will appear confirming your password change.
