Proof of Vaccination

There are 2 ways to show proof of your vaccinations:

  • COVID-19 digital certificate (external link) shows proof of only your COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Immunisation history statement (external link) shows your COVID-19 vaccinations and all other vaccinations you have had.

The quickest way to get proof is using your Medicare online account through mygov, or through the Express plus Medicare mobile app.  If you’re not eligible for Medicare or don’t have a myGov account, you can still get proof of your vaccination.
