On Tuesday 17 and Thursday 19 March, resurfacing will be carried out on Picton Road at the Hume Motorway interchange between 6pm and 6am.
For motorists exiting the Hume Motorway northbound at Picton Road, the eastbound turn onto Picton Road will be closed and you will need to detour via the roundabout at Maldon Bridge Road, Picton before returning eastbound. This will add up to 10 minutes to travel times.
For motorists exiting the Hume Highway southbound at Picton Road, the westbound turn onto Picton Road will be closed. General access vehicles will need to detour via the roundabout at Pembroke Parade, Wilton before returning westbound. This will add up to 5 minutes to travel times.
PBS level 2 and 26m B-double vehicles will be detoured via Avon Dam Road before returning west bound. This will add up to 15 minutes to travel times.

OSOM vehicles operating under the National Class 1 Load Carrying Vehicles Mass and/or Dimension Exemption Notices can use the available detours if they are suitable for their combination. Operators are reminded that under Schedule 8 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation (NSW), there is a requirement for the driver and operator to scope the proposed route prior to travel to ensure it is suitable for their vehicle.
Operators of Class 1, 2 & 3 vehicles travelling under a Permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the NHVR.
