Port Alert: Whimbrel Street roadworks continue, part of ongoing four-week program of works, weather permitting

Please be advised that traffic control management remains in place on Whimbrel Street for ongoing works until Sunday 6 October, weather permitting.

There will be traffic control and speed restrictions in place during this period. Drivers are requested to follow speed restrictions and traffic diversions and drive safely through the work site during construction work.

When: Friday 27 September to Sunday 6 October 2024 between 6:00am to 4:00pm daily, weather permitting.

Where:  Whimbrel Street, between Blue Water Shipping and PrixCar tenancies on Fisherman Islands.

What to expect 

• Traffic Management with Traffic Control and signage
• Speed reduction through the work area.
