MACKAY-Ring Road Sth Bound-OSOM Detour from 11/8/25 Sth

Commencing Monday 11 August 2025, a detour will be in place for Oversize Overmass (OSOM) vehicles travelling southbound on the Mackay Ring Road, Glenella, while resurfacing works are undertaken.

Date of Works: 

• Monday 11 August to Wednesday 13 August 2025 between 6pm to 6am.

During working hours from 11 August 2025, all vehicles travelling southbound along the Bruce Highway will be unable to turn right onto the Mackay Ring Road, Glenella.

A detour will be available via Bruce Highway/Nebo Road for southbound OSOM vehicles. Operators are to follow signage in place.

OSOM vehicles can travel outside of working hours as per normal.
