Source: Transport for NSW
There will be changed traffic conditions on Burley Griffin Way at Wallendbeen from Thursday 11 September as all vehicles are switched over to the permanent road-over-rail bridge.
Following the traffic switch, motorists travelling along Burley Griffin Way will have permanent two-way access over the rail corridor. Traffic management will continue while road surface work continues on Burley Griffin Way and Silo Road.
There will be no access to Silo Road during the temporary bridge removal and, once this work is completed, construction to the new road alignment to this intersection will begin.
Work is on track for completion towards the end of 2025
