NSW: Changed traffic conditions on Cohens Bridge at Gunnedah

There will be changed traffic conditions on Cohens Bridge on Chandos Street at Gunnedah from Wednesday 27 August. Work will be carried out 24/7 and is expected to be completed by end of August 2026, weather permitting. 

Traffic control, including a single lane closure will be in place. Vehicles wider than three metres are advised to use the detour via Old Blue Vale and Blue Vale roads. This detour will remain in place throughout the work.  

Vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.
