NSW: Changed traffic conditions at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Industrial Drive, Mayfield

There will be changed traffic conditions at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Industrial Drive, Mayfield from Sunday November 30 for seven weeks, weather permitting.

To minimise the impacts to road users, work will be carried out at night Sunday to Thursday between 7pm and 5am.

Temporary lane closures will be in place during work hours and operators of Oversize Overmass (OSOM) and A-Double heavy vehicles will be required to park in the allocated pullover area on approach and contact traffic controllers on channel UHF 77 or 1800 807 561 / 0447 730 755 for assistance through the site.

Operators are reminded that under Schedule 8 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation (NSW), there is a requirement for the driver and operator to scope the proposed route prior to travel to ensure it is suitable for their vehicle.

Vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in their permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
