NSW: Changed traffic conditions on the M7 Motorway between Hinchinbrook and Horsley Park

There will be changed traffic conditions on the M7 Motorway between Hinchinbrook and Horsley Park on Friday 21 November between 9pm and 5am weather permitting. If work cannot take place during this time, we will work at night on Friday 5 and Friday 12 December 2025.

During these works, northbound traffic will be directed off the M7 Motorway while southbound traffic will be unaffected.

Oversize Overmass (OSOM) and Class 2 vehicles travelling under notice along the M7 Motorway in a northbound direction between Cowpasture Road and The Horsley Drive will be detoured via Cowpasture Road and The Horsley Drive or Cowpasture Road, Elizabeth Drive and Wallgrove Road.

OSOM vehicles operating under the National Class 1 Load Carrying Vehicles Mass and/or Dimension Exemption Notices can use the available detours if they are suitable for their combination. Operators are reminded that under Schedule 8 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation (NSW), there is a requirement for the driver and operator to scope the proposed route prior to travel to ensure it is suitable for their vehicle.

Vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in their permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
