NSW: Changed traffic conditions on the New England Highway at Tenterfield

Changed traffic conditions will be in place for Oversize Overmass (OSOM) vehicles on the New England Highway between Western Boundary Road and Nass Street at Tenterfield from Monday 2 June, 7am to 6pm weekdays and 7am to 5pm Saturdays. This work is expected to be completed by Wednesday 2 July, weather permitting. 

OSOM vehicles wider than 3.5 metres but smaller than 4.5 metres are advised to call the project team on 0411 021 138 prior to travel to discuss access through the work site.

OSOM vehicles wider than 4.5 metres are advised to detour via Old Ballandean and Mount Lindesay Roads. 

Unless specified otherwise, operators of Class 1,2 & 3 vehicles travelling under a notice must consult their relevant enforceable network map to confirm a suitable approved alternate route. If travelling under a permit, operators must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
