NSW: Provide your feedback on the Truck Multiplier Rebate Scheme

The NSW Government has been providing a toll rebate for eligible Class B vehicles through the Truck Multiplier Rebate Scheme since January 2024.

As part of this, Class B vehicles travelling on the M5 East and M8 can receive a rebate of up to one-third of their trip cost. The rebate scheme is aimed at reducing traffic on local roads by encouraging trucks to use toll roads and support the trucking industry by reducing cost of transportation of goods for customers. 

NSW Motorways is interested in understanding driver uptake of the scheme and is seeking feedback from heavy vehicles drivers on if, and why they participated in the scheme via this online survey.

We are interested in hearing a variety of experiences from heavy vehicles drivers and encourage participation before the survey closes on 15 November 2025.
