NSW: Upcoming M12 Motorway Opening – Freight Industry Briefings

Transport for NSW are pleased to share that the M12 Motorway is scheduled to open in early 2026. To help prepare for the opening and ensure a smooth transition for the freight industry, they will be holding two online information sessions to provide an update on the project and what the opening means for freight operations.
Online information sessions
- Monday 24 November – 11am to 11:30am
- Friday 28 November – 2:00pm to 2:30pm
Format: Microsoft Teams
These sessions will include details about the new motorway, traffic changes, and what to expect during and after the opening period. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
To register your interest, please email m12motorway@transport.nsw.gov.au with your preferred session date and time. We will then provide a Microsoft Teams link and meeting details.
If you are unable to attend either of the scheduled sessions but would like an update, please let Transport for NSW know — they can arrange a separate meeting at a suitable time.
