Road Conditions: Bruce Highway Northbound closure - Woombye and Forest Glen |

Information from Department of Transport and Main Roads - Heavy Vehicles Unit

From Sunday 5 March 2023 until Friday 10 March 2023 between 7pm and 5am each day, the northbound side of the Bruce Highway will be closed south of the Maroochydore Road interchange for pavement works.

Detour

A detour via Chevallum Road and Maroochydore Road interchange is available between 7pm and 5am each day for vehicles that do not exceed 4m wide, 5m high, and or 30m in length. Traffic will resume as normal outside of these hours.

Vehicles exceeding 4m wide, 5m high, and or 30m in length must contact the Contractor’s Representative on 1800 512 211 or comms.bhmip@jhswjv.com.au to confirm route availability prior to travel. 

Work is subject to weather conditions and the contractor may not be working on the northbound carriageway of the Bruce Highway each night. Traffic delays are expected. Please reschedule your trip where possible.
