Road Conditions: Linkfield Road overpass, Bald Hills - Load limit lifted

From 5am Saturday 19 August 2023, the 4.5 tonnes load limit on Linkfield Road overpass will be lifted.

The load limit was put in place following a high load strike on 20 July 2023. Thank you for your patience while repair works took place.

TMR are continuously monitoring, assessing and reviewing our roads, bridges and culverts across Queensland. Conditions can change quickly, particularly due to weather. Restrictions are implemented to maintain ongoing safety for all road users.
