Road Conditions NSW: Temporary closure of Bookham Rest Area on the Hume Highway

From Tuesday 7 August the Bookham rest area on the corner of the Hume Highway and Conroy Street will be temporarily closed on weekdays between 7am and 6pm for essential maintenance work to be carried. This work is expected to be complete in two weeks, weather permitting.

During closures road users will be able to access toilet facilities from the southbound carriageway at Mundoonan rest area, 50 kilometres north of Bookham, and Coolac rest area, 52 kilometres south of Bookham. 

Traffic control and electronic signs will be in place to guide road users. 

Motorists are advised to follow the directions of traffic control and signage.
