SEQ: North Tivoli | Mount Crosby Overpass | Temporary Lane Closures

Source: Department of Transport and Main Roads

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will undertake investigation works at the Mount Crosby Road overpass of the Warrego Highway, North Tivoli, from early September 2025.

These works are being undertaken to test and confirm the best approach for future repair works and will include cutting small inspection holes in the bridge deck and barriers.

The works will take approximately three weeks to complete and will be conducted at night to avoid significant traffic disruptions.

The works will require temporary lane closures on the Mount Crosby Road overpass and Warrego Highway during active construction hours.

Oversized loads exceeding 3.0m width intending to travel on Westbound Warrego Highway beneath the Mount Crosby Road Overpass must contact the site supervisor Wayne Hansford on 0409 962 177 24 hours prior to arriving to site.
