Traffic Alert: Cunningham Highway - Cunninghams Gp between Mount Edwards and Tregony

On the Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap, nightly single-lane traffic conditions will be in place from 6pm until 6am from Sunday 23 November 2025 to Friday 28 November 2025 for retaining wall works.

A reduced speed limit of 40km/hr will be in place for the safety of road users and work crews.

Weather or site conditions can impact works, delaying start and finish schedules.

Reconstruction works on the Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap are part of the Natural Disaster Program for the South Coast Region.  The recovery works are jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
