Introduction of the ‘Secure Jobs, Better Pay’ Bill

On 27 October 202, the Federal Government's Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Bill 2022 was introduced to the Lower House. The bill proposes sweeping changes to enterprise bargaining, flexible work arrangements, and the prohibition of sexual harassment within the workplace, as well as many other changes. The following is a summary of the proposed changes and what to expect as the bill progresses through parliament.
