Benefits come to fore as cost-of-living pressures escalate

New research shows employers can't overlook the need for great benefits in their talent strategies, but the good news is that the most-valued offerings don't need to be costly.

According to Randstad's latest Workmonitor research, two in five Australian employees (39%) say they won't take a job if the employer doesn't provide the benefits they want.
