Employers urged to "promote" wellbeing amidst heavy focus on regulatory-driven prevention efforts

Employers should shift some of the focus from harm prevention and response to enhancing the positive aspects of work and the strengths of workers, to improve employee mental health and wellbeing outcomes, the Black Dog Institute has said in unveiling an updated Framework for Mentally Healthy Workplaces.
