WHS breach exposed workers to drug-affected driver
A PCBU might have prevented a double fatality by spending several hundred dollars on having a broken-down vehicle towed to its depot, instead of sending two young workers to fix it next to live traffic, a court has heard in sentencing the business for category-2 WHS breaches.
