BCC advises they will be undertaking pavement investigation works and pothole repairs on the southern approach of the Story Bridge.
When
Tuesday 18 August, Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 August, between 9pm and 5am, weather and site conditions permitting.
What to expect
The pavement investigations are required to be undertaken at night when traffic volumes are lowest, to ensure the safety of workers and road users and minimise traffic disruption.
These investigations are in preparation for future resurfacing and waterproofing works south of the main bridge span at Kangaroo Point, which are planned for late 2026 and early 2027.
