The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) advises they will be undertaking reseal preparation rehabilitation works at various locations across the Wide Bay Burnett district from now until late 2026.
The exact timing of these works is dependent on contractor schedules, weather and other site conditions.
What to expect
In the Bundaberg Regional Council area, these works will be carried out on various sections of Bundaberg-Miriam Vale Road (locally known as Rosedale Road).
The work involves treating sections of rough pavement and applying an interim bitumen seal before TMR carries out its annual reseal program. We will provide further information on the reseal program later in the year.
