TMR advises of planned maintenance works on the Tallon Bridge on the Isis Hwy (known locally as Hinkler Ave) Bundaberg.
When
The maintenance will be undertaken as night works between 7pm and 6am, from Sunday 17 May 2026, ending the morning of Friday 22 May 2026, weather and other conditions permitting.
Undertaking the bridge works at these times will minimise the impacts on motorists.
What to expect
There will be lane reductions and traffic control in place during these periods and motorists should expect delays.
On road signage will be in place to notify road users of changed conditions.
