From Saturday 11 April, for approximately 8 weeks, upgrades will take place on the northbound lanes of the Hume Highway at Table Top between 7am and 11pm weekdays and 8am to 1pm Saturdays.
The Tynan Road intersection will be closed, and contraflow conditions will be implemented on the Southbound lanes of the Hume Highway.
Oversize vehicles 4.5 metres wide or greater will be guided through the work area. Drivers will be directed to stop at parking bays on approach to the work area and contact traffic control using the phone or UHF numbers shown on the electronic signage.
Motorists wishing to access the Hume Highway from the Tynan Road intersection will be detoured via Gregory Road, Burma Road, Table Top Road and Thurgoona Drive.

Unless specified otherwise, operators of Class 1,2 & 3 vehicles travelling under a Notice must consult their relevant enforceable network map to confirm a suitable approved alternate route. OSOM vehicles operating under the National Class 1 Load Carrying Vehicles Mass and/or Dimension Exemption Notices can use the available detours if they are suitable for their combination. Operators are reminded that under Schedule 8 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation (NSW), there is a requirement for the driver and operator to scope the proposed route prior to travel to ensure it is suitable for their vehicle.
Operators of Class 1, 2 & 3 vehicles travelling under a Permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the NHVR.
