The Respect@Work Amendment Bill to become law
The Australian Government is set to make further changes to the Fair Work and Sex Discrimination Acts to address sex-based harassment and discrimination in the workplace. These changes were proposed through the Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect At Work) Amendment Bill 2021, which has now passed Parliament. Once with Bill passes into law, here is what you can expect.
