Mossman - Mount Molloy Road, Julatten
22 July to early October 2024

TMR will carry out pavement rehabilitation works on Mossman – Mount Molloy Road, Julatten from Monday 22 July 2024, weather and construction conditions permitting.

The rehabilitation works will be carried out on the section of road pavement located on the western side of Bushy Creek bridge and at Gin Creek floodway, located south of Sides Road, Julatten.

The works are expected to be completed by early October 2024, weather and construction conditions permitting.

Crews will be onsite between 6 am and 6 pm. For the safety of road users and maintenance crews, changed traffic conditions will be in place including temporary speed limit reductions, and single lane reductions under coordination of traffic controllers during the works and via temporary traffic signals outside of work hours. Road users should expect minor delays and plan their journey accordingly.

Nearby residents and businesses may experience noise associated with the works, such as the sound of trucks, light machinery and vibrations while the work is carried out. The contractor will take all reasonable and practical actions to minimise impacts.

Variable Message Signs (VMS) will be in place on the approaches to the work site to ensure motorists are aware of the changed traffic conditions. Changes in dates due to poor weather will be posted on the VMS.
