Source: Transport for NSW (22/11/2024)
Changed traffic conditions will be in place on the M1 Princes Motorway, Picton Road and Mount Ousley Road overnight on Sunday 8 December.
This is a replacement date for critical work on the Mount Ousley Interchange which was postponed in November due to inclement weather.
To carry out this work, full road closures will be in place from 8pm on Sunday 8 December until 4am on Monday 9 December on the M1 Princes Motorway (Mount Ousley Road) from Bulli Pass to Memorial Drive and Picton Road between M1 Princes Motorway and Almond Street at Wilton.
If the weather again prevents the work from taking place, it will be rescheduled for the following week.
Traffic impacts
- Vehicles less than 19 metres and under 50.5 tonnes, travelling between Wollongong and Bulli Tops can detour via Memorial Drive and Bulli Pass.
- Vehicles over 19 metres and more than 50.5 tonnes will not be able to access Bulli Pass and are advised to delay their journey or they will be parked up.
