Road Conditions Update-QLD-Morven to Mitchell-works on Warrego Hwy from 13/5/24

TMR is expecting to start full width rehabilitation works on the Warrego Highway (Mitchell - Morven) through the township of Morven, between the Morven Roadhouse and the intersection with the Landsborough Highway (Morven - Augathella), from 13 May 2024, weather and conditions permitting. 

These works will also include replacing the culvert on the eastern side of Morven near the rail crossing, at the intersection with Eurella Street and between Albert and West Streets, improving the pavement smoothness at both of the rail crossings and asphalting through the township.

Works will be undertaken between 6.30am and 6.30pm over a six-day week and will continue until mid-February 2025, weather and conditions permitting.

Works may restrict wide-load vehicle access and permit holders should check the TMR Conditions of Operation Database before travelling.
