TMR advises of ongoing road restoration works at multiple sites on the Mount Lindsay Highway between Palen Creek and the QLD/NSW border.
When
Stop/slow traffic conditions and a reduced speed limit continue to be in place during work hours until June 2026 (excluding holiday periods). Works will be undertaken on weekdays, between 6.30am and 5.30pm.
Stop/slow traffic conditions and a reduced speed limit will be in place 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at two sites:
- Approximately 1.8km south of Hardgrove Rd from Monday 23 February 2026 for approximately 1 week.
- Approximately 300m north of Hardgrave Rd from Monday 2 March 2026 for approximately 1 week.
Travel conditions
Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time for travel during this period.
Weather and site conditions can impact works, delaying start and finish schedules.
