There will be presentations on how effectively managing people performance issues and implementing a workforce plan can support the growth and skills gaps in your business. After dinner there will be a facilitated Panel Discussion featuring some member businesses who will share their experiences and strategies for managing people challenges within their businesses.

The Forum will inform you:

  • how to effectively (and legally) manage poor employee performance and non-conformance issues and equip yourself with the knowledge of a process that will help you avoid unfair dismissals and general protection orders.
  • why well-crafted employment contracts are critical to the performance management process. 
  • on valuable tips on planning and implementing workforce attraction and retention strategies and planning your staff needs in advance of winning new work or contracts.
  • about the Heavy Vehicle Driver Apprenticeship and ways you can integrate this into your business with current drivers and also bring in new drivers.

Payment Terms

Invoices have a payment term of seven (7) days from the date of issue. All invoices must be settled prior to the event.  Registrations received within seven (7) days of the event's commencement must be settled immediately and prior to the event taking place.  Failure to make payment as required may result in the cancellation of the registration.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for all cancellations received in writing (email to admin@qta.com.au) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.  Cancellations received between fourteen (14) days and seven (7) days of the event will be made at the discretion of QTA Ltd and may receive a partial refund.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations within seven (7) days of the event or for non-attendance on the day.  Delegate substitutions may be made at any time.

A full refund will be provided for registration fees if an event is cancelled by QTA Ltd.  Other costs incurred by delegates, including flights and accommodation, will not be covered by QTA Ltd.
